We are all concerned about what happens to information about ourselves. And we are right to be wary about providing personal information that could be abused.
RALLY-PHOTO.COM takes the various issues of data protection very seriously and undertakes to take any reasonable measure to ensure that the personal information entrusted to us is used responsibly. We endeavour to demonstrate the highest level of professionalism when using and storing data.
RALLY-PHOTO.COM were the official photographers for the Scottish Rally Championship in 2007 and 2008. We were the official photographers for the Brick & Steel Ecosse Challenge from 2006 until 2010, and our staff have been accredited by the the UK's governing body (MSA) - the Motor Sports Association. We cover all rounds of the Scottish, some of the British Rally Championship, European rounds of the World Rally Championship and Intercontinental Rally Challenge, plus miscellaneous other events.
We do not track users' browsing habits on other web sites. We do track some movements within our own site (for example, to see which events are the most popular with our users). We use a 'cookie' which is created when you arrive at our site and is destroyed after you leave. No personal data is requested or recorded. We do not record your IP address or any other information that could have any bearing on your identity or location.
We only collect personal data if you decide to purchase from us. The data we collect is limited to that which we require to record, process and deliver an order. This information is stored in a database, and that database is secured against access by unauthorised people. In addition, we store a limited amount of information, including your name and address, in a 'cookie'. This is retained until your next purchase. It is used only to automatically insert your details into the 'checkout' form and is intended to improve the usability of the checkout process.

By agreeing to purchase from us or otherwise use our web site, you consent to the transfer of your personal data to a country outside the EU and to its storage by us on servers provided by our web hosts, DailyRazor.com.
