Media and Event Organisers

We are keen to allow our images to be used by bona fide media organisations and by event organisers. Our entire gallery is available in high resolution format (generally 12 megapixel images) at low or, in many cases, no cost.

When, as an accredited user, you log in to RALLY-PHOTO.COM, you will be provided with an interface that is tailored to the media and event organisers. Instead of seeing the size of prints, for example, you would see the image resolution. Additional refinements in the search facility are also available. This, for example, allows you to search for drivers who live within your circulation area (as defined by postal town or postcode area). So you have a concrete advantage in finding the images that you need, quickly and easily.

Images are released for print media and selected Internet sites on a one-time publish, royalty-free basis, and we retain the copyright on all images. They must not be used for commercial purposes (see below).

Normally, our hi-res images are available on the Sunday of the weekend during which an event takes place. If you have a tight deadline and you let us know the time and/or date by which you require supply, we'll confirm availability and, as far as possible, work to those deadlines. Where deadlines are really tight, we can upload images from the event, letting you view and select within minutes of the photos being taken. There may be a nominal charge to cover the cost of providing this additional service.

All of this is available right now, and all you need to do is register with us. You can do that by simply completing our ACCREDITATION FORM. It's best to do it right now, before you forget!

 

Commercial Use

Our entire gallery is also available for commercial use at competitive rates. Please contact us by email, stating the image(s) in which you are interested, the purpose for which they are required, and approximate number of units to be produced. We will be happy to contact you with a fair quotation.

Images for commercial purposes are generally released on a one-use, royalty-free basis. Outright purchase of the rights to an image may be available by negotiation.
