We think we have produced a package that should match most competitors' needs and their budgets. But we all know that rallying is a fickle sport and lots of things can happen that we didn't think of. So here's how we would like to handle the things that we can think of.

 

Can I change my mind?

No problem. If you do, we'll work out the regular price for the items you have already received and deduct that from the amount you paid - you get a refund of the difference.

 

What if an event is cancelled?

Unlikely, but not impossible. In this case, we'll be happy to make a pro-rata refund on the amount paid. So if, for example, there's another outbreak of Foot & Mouth, and 7 events are cancelled, you will be refunded for 7 events worth of the amount you paid.

 

What if I retire on the first bend of a rally and you don't get any photos of me?

That's the sport, I'm afraid. We won't charge any extra for a two-day event, or if we take dozens of shots. So we think it works the other way too - no refund if you retire early.

 

What if a driver misses an event?

Hmmm - a tricky one. We think that if you miss up to two events without a refund, you should still end up better off than if you paid the 'per event' rates. So let's agree that there is no refund for missing one or two events. If you miss more than two events, we'll be happy to make a pro-rata refund.

 

What if RALLY-PHOTO.COM misses an event?

That has never happened. In all the years we have been attending rallies, we have never failed to deliver photos for an event. But lets say our car gets terminal indegestion on the way to an event. It could happen. We'd get the RAC to take us home. We'd pick up the spare car and head back to the event. Let's be silly and say that a lorry hit that car and we couldn't get a hire car in time, so we did miss the whole thing, what would happen? No question - if we can't supply any photos, you will receive a pro-rata refund.

 

How can I pay?

We would like you to pay in full at the start of the season. Work out what you would like, and calculate the total - you can get a printed form HERE then send it to us at RALLY-PHOTO.COM, 2 High Street, Pitlessie, Cupar, KY15 7ST. We’ll pop an invoice in the post. Or, if you prefer to do it electronically, send us an email with your requirements. We’ll email a link to a special page on our web site where you can confirm and then go to our secure payments system. That way, we never see your card details. Either way, you’ll get a VAT receipt.
