Our online payments system is operated by WorldPay - part of the Royal Bank of Scotland plc. This is a secure system that will accept your credit or debit card payment and (where appropriate) provide immediate authorisation. RALLY-PHOTO.COM will never see your card details.

Prices quoted are valid on the day of viewing.

At the conclusion of your order, we will normally pass you to our credit card payment gateway (provided by WorldPay - part of the Royal Bank of Scotland). If you pay by credit or debit card, the amount will be debited to your card account. Alternatively, you can pay by cheque. Print out the 'Checkout Complete' page and send it to us with a cheque for the appropriate amount. If your bank refuses payment of the amount, we are charged an administration fee. We expect you to refund that fee, plus an equal amount to cover our own costs.

Your prints will normally be sent to you within three working days of your approval of the proofs that we send you (see below). This means that they are normally dispatched within five working days of your order being placed and payment being authorised or your cheque being received.

Because we print images to order, under the terms of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, prints are "Goods made to the consumer's specification". There is consequently no cooling off period for this transaction.

If, however, you selected the option to receive electronic proofs of your photo(s) on the 'checkout' page and you supply an email address, we will send your proofs by email and, once you see them, you can request changes. You can also cancel any or all of the prints at this stage. If you wish to cancel the whole order, the Regulations require you to send us a notice of cancellation in writing, either by hand or by post (to the address below) or email (to sales@rally-photo.com). If we do not hear from you within seven days of sending your proofs, we will assume that everything is in order and will process your prints. Once you accept the proofs, whether by confirming or by allowing seven days to elapse after we send you the proofs, you are committed to the transaction. We are unable to accept returns of prints that are not faulty and that match the proof that we sent you. That is, you cannot return prints if you simply change your mind. This does not affect your legal rights.

If, on the 'checkout' page, you select the option to send your photo(s) straight to print and/or you do not supply an email address, the time between ordering and receipt of your prints will be reduced but you are committed to the transaction. We are unable to accept returns of prints that are the correct photo(s) and are not faulty. That is, you cannot return prints if you simply change your mind. This does not affect your legal rights.

Although we make every effort to check that the prints we supply match your needs, actual prints cannot be perfectly represented on screen. We will accept the return of prints that have not been properly processed or, where you requested proofs prior to printing, that are materially different to those proofs. We always send prints in protective packaging, so it is very unlikely that they will be damaged in transit. We send send higher value orders within the UK by recorded delivery, so in the case of non-delivery, Royal Mail will normally be able to track the location of the package and get it to you very quickly. Smaller orders are sent by first class mail. An element of the carriage charge is insurance against your delivery being lost or damaged in transit. If you do not receive your prints within seven days of the dispatch date shown on your order summary, please let us know. If the packaging is creased or otherwise damaged, please reject the delivery and request that it be returned to us (the return address is on the address label). We will then reprint the photos and get them to you as soon as possible.

For orders from the Republic of Ireland and elsewhere within the EU, we obtain a certificate of posting. We are unable to verify delivery of such orders and it will be your responsibility to pursue missing consignments with your national postal service. 'International Signed For' is available at extra cost. If you take this option, then your international consignment will be tracked (subject to non-UK national postal services). If, when you receive your prints, you are not satisfied with them, just return them within 7 days of receipt, indicating the reason for your dissatisfaction, and whether you would prefer a reprint or a refund.

You must pay the cost of returning the prints to use, but we will pay the cost of sending replacement prints to you.

By rejecting incorrect prints for a refund, you will be deemed to have cancelled your order. You must return the prints to us and pay the cost of returning the prints. A refund of the cost of the prints will be processed including, where your order is cancelled in its entirety, the postage element that was included in the original order price. If you paid by cheque, we will refund by sending you a cheque for the appropriate amount. If you paid by credit or debit card, the amount will be refunded to your card account as soon as possible and in any case under the Regulations, within 30 days of the date of the notice of cancellation being given.
